We identify and contact surface and mineral rights owners on behalf of oil and gas operators. Our outreach is relational and administrative — we facilitate initial contact, coordinate communication, and maintain records of landowner interactions throughout the project lifecycle.

We research and compile publicly available title records, deeds, and related land documents for client review. Our work is informational and administrative in nature; we gather and organize existing documentation to support our clients' internal decision-making processes.

We coordinate the flow of land-related information between operators, field personnel, and landowners — tracking status, maintaining organized records, and ensuring the right parties have access to the right documentation at each stage of a project.

We provide general administrative and clerical support to land departments within oil and gas operations — including document filing, correspondence drafting, scheduling landowner meetings, and maintaining accurate project records.
